Participating in a SmartCharge Program

What should I do if I move or no longer charge in the area I registered in?

If you no longer charge in the service area, you are no longer eligible to participate in the SmartCharge program and must promptly contact support@smartchargerewards.com. You are not required to return the device. However, if the device is not yet activated or installed, we would appreciate it if you could return the device. Please contact the SmartCharge program team for more information.
