What do I do if the Red LED on my GO will not go solid?

The Red (power) LED blinks throughout the installation process, which can take 5-10 minutes to complete. If the blinking persists past 10 minutes, ensure your vehicle is started, unplug the GO, wait for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If it still will not go solid, contact support@smartchargerewards.com. You will need to provide your SmartCharge Rewards account email address and your GO Serial Number, which can be found on the box and on the GO itself in the form “G# – ### – ### – ####”.
