What do I do if the Green or Blue LED on my GO will not go solid?

The Green (cellular modem) and Blue (GPS) LEDs keep blinking until they connect to their respective networks. If there is no GPS or cellular signal, the blinking continues indefinitely. In this scenario, we recommend that the vehicle be moved to an area with better network coverage. Continue using your vehicle and GO normally, leaving the GO plugged into your vehicle. Depending on cell signal strength in your area, the GO may take longer to connect. If you do not see information populated in your SmartCharge Rewards dashboard after 24 hours, contact support@smartchargerewards.com. You will need to provide your SmartCharge Rewards account email address and your GO Serial Number, which can be found on the box and on the GO itself in the form “G# – ### – ### – ####”.
