GO Device Troubleshooting

The LEDs on my GO are solid, but I am not seeing information on the SmartCharge Rewards dashboard.

It can take some time for your information to update. Wait 72 hours. If it still does not appear, contact support@smartchargerewards.com. You will need to provide your SmartCharge Rewards account email address and your GO Serial Number, which can be found on the box and on the GO itself in the form “G# – ### – ### – ####”.
