Login with Facebook is not working

If you did not give Facebook access to your email address, then the sign up will fail. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  • Log in to Facebook, click on the down arrow in the top right corner, and then “Settings” from the drop down.
  • From the left menu column, select “Apps”, and search for “SmartCharge Rewards”.
  • Click on “Remove App” in the lower left corner. Confirm the removal.

Now you will be able to sign up with Facebook.
