C2 Device Troubleshooting

What do I do if the orange LED on my C2 will not go solid?

Ensure your vehicle is started, unplug the C2, wait for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If it still will not go solid, contact support@smartchargerewards.com. You will need to provide your SmartCharge Rewards account email address and your C2 ID, which can be found on the box and on the C2 itself in the form “####-####”.
