C2 Device Troubleshooting

The LEDs on my C2 are solid, but I am not seeing information on the SmartCharge Rewards dashboard.

It can take some time for your information to update. Wait 72 hours. If it still does not appear, contact support@smartchargerewards.com. You will need to provide your SmartCharge Rewards account email address and your C2 ID, which can be found on the box and on the C2 itself in the form “####-####”.
