C2 Device Troubleshooting

The LEDs on my C2 are solid, but I am not seeing information on the SmartCharge Rewards dashboard.

It can take some time for your information to update. Wait 72 hours. If it still does not appear, contact You will need to provide your SmartCharge Rewards account email address and your C2 ID, which can be found on the box and on the C2 itself in the form “####-####”.
