Activating C2 Device

Log in to your SmartCharge Rewards (SCR) user portal and activate your C2 device. The web address for your program account is listed on the installation instructions provided with your C2 device shipment.

If you can’t find the sign in address for your program, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Select your program from the left navigation panel
  3. Sign in to the SCR user portal. If you have yet to create an account, click on the ‘Create a new account’ link located under the ‘Log In’ button. If prompted, enter the email address that you used to apply to the program and choose your authentication method (Google, Facebook or create a password) to create your account.
  4. Once logged in, you will be prompted to activate your C2 device. On the ‘Activate Device’ page, enter the C2 ID and activation code located on the blue box that your C2 arrived in. Both of these numbers can be found on the blue box containing the C2 device.
